Packaged DeforaOS Mixer 0.1.0, including:
- a new layout for the controls (tabbed, enabled by default)
- an optional embedded mode (for the DeforaOS Panel)
- support for control sets (NetBSD/Solaris...)
- some bug fixes (likewise, enumerated controls...)
- additional cleanup and polishing.

Updated most of the DeforaOS desktop packages:
- portability fixes for Gtk+ 3.0
- revised the respecting plug-in systems (potential instabilities)
- bugfixes and improvements
