- fine grained X11 dependencies for packages which have either USE_IMAKE
  or USE_X11BASE set, but don't include mk/x11.buildlink3.mk directly or

- introduce BUILDLINK_PREFIX.libXpm as alias for BUILDLINK_PREFIX.xpm
  in the !modular case
- fix some cases where the check for libX11 couldn't work at all by using
  C++ for compilation without including the proper headers

Verified using a full X11_TYPE=xorg bulk build without additional
breakage. Discussed with salo@, wiz@ and send to packages@ for feedback.

Mechanically replace all includes of buildlink3.mk of the following
packages with the modular Xorg equivalent. Those are falling back
to the old location by default, so this commmit doesn't change
dependencies.

graphics/xpm ==> x11/libXpm
fonts/Xft2 ==> x11/libXft
x11/Xfixes ==> x11/libXfixes
x11/xcursor ==> x11/libXcursor
x11/Xrender ==> x11/libXrender
x11/Xrandr ==> libXrandr

Updated xpmroot to 2.4.19 (to match the current fvwm2 version). There are

Use the latest fvwm2 distribution file (2.4.4). There are no changes in
xpmroot as far as I can tell...

I am a triple idiot.  The only relevant variable that x11.buildlink.mk
redefines about which buildlink.mk files would care is BUILDLINK_X11_DIR,
which points to the location of the X11R6 hierarchy used during building.
If x11.buildlink.mk isn't included, then BUILDLINK_X11_DIR defaults to
${X11BASE} (set in bsd.pkg.mk), so its value is always safe to use.  Remove
the ifdefs surrounding the use of BUILDLINK_X11_DIR in tk/buildlink.mk and
revert changes to move x11.buildlink.mk before the other buildlink.mk files.

x11.buildlink.mk needs to be included before any buildlink.mk files that
use X11_BUILDLINK_MK as a test value.  Generally just reordering the
inclusions so that x11.buildlink.mk comes before the other buildlink.mk
files will make everthing work.

Fvwm 2.4.2 has been released. List of changes is too long to be included
here, please see ChangeLog in the build directory for further details.

Use x11.buildlink.mk instead of USE_X11.  Also convert hard-coded references
to ${X11BASE} in the header and library search paths into references to
${LOCALBASE}/share/x11-links.  These packages should now be strongly-
buildlinked regardless of whether xpkgwedge is installed.

Changes well-tested on NetBSD-1.5X/i386 with and without xpkgwedge and
lightly-tested on NetBSD-1.5.1/alpha without xpkgwedge.

Update xpmroot to version 2.4.0.  Based on PR #13374 by Martti Kuparinen.

Reinstate stuff removed the last time around "just to please pkglint".
There's no reason to degrade package maintainability just to appease
pkglint.

Also find xpm headers if xpkgwedge is installed.  Closes PR#8373 by
Michael South <msouth@scruz.net>.

Make pkglint happy.

Update xpmroot to 2.2.2.  This package should now correctly link under ELF
systems.  There are no changes to the xpmroot program itself, really, but
since fvwm2 is now at version 2.2.2, there is no reason to fetch and keep
two distinct versions of the fwvm2 distfile.

Remove me as maintainer of those packages.

Remove the old deprecated DEPENDS definition from bsd.pkg.mk.
Implement a new DEPENDS definition, which looks for an installed
package, building it if not present, and use it in preference to
LIB_DEPENDS.  This should make the package collection more useful on
NetBSD ELF ports.

Use the bsd.pkg.mk and bsd.pkg.subdir.mk files in the pkgsrc tree.
Remove redundant (and sometimes erroneous) comments.
