Update to 0.11:

0.11 adds some clarifications of the protocol specification, general
cleanups and support for PDF blend modes.
Note that this release is a bump from 0.9.3 straight to 0.11.

Support DESTDIR. Take maintainership.

Added "c" to USE_LANGUAGES for packages that use GNU configure scripts,
since they always need a C compiler, even when the source code is
completely in C++.

For some other packages, stated in the comment that a C compiler is
really not needed.

Use official version instead of release candidate.
No changes but version was incremented.

Import renderproto from pkgsrc-wip.

This provides the Render extension headers from modular X.org X11
project.

This will replace the renderext package.

Initial revision
