Bump PKGREVISION for libpng shlib name change.

Bump the PKGREVISION for all packages which depend directly on perl,

many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling
pax, it is created as tool after all.

Remove USE_PKGINSTALL from pkgsrc now that mk/install/pkginstall.mk
automatically detects whether we want the pkginstall machinery to be
used by the package Makefile.

Fixed pkglint warnings. The warnings are mostly quoting issues, for
example MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR} is changed to MAKE_ENV+=FOO=${BAR:Q}. Some

Bump the PKGREVISIONs of all (638) packages that hardcode the locations
of Perl files to deal with the perl-5.8.7 update that moved all
pkgsrc-installed Perl files into the "vendor" directories.

Get rid of USE_PERL5.  The new way to express needing the Perl executable
around at either build-time or at run-time is:

	USE_TOOLS+=	perl		# build-time
	USE_TOOLS+=	perl:run	# run-time

Also remove some places where perl5/buildlink3.mk was being included
by a package Makefile, but all that the package wanted was the Perl
executable.

Turn PERL5_PACKLIST into a relative path instead of an absolute path.
These paths are now relative to PERL5_PACKLIST_DIR, which currently
defaults to ${PERL5_SITEARCH}.  There is no change to the binary
packages.

Massive cleanup of buildlink3.mk and builtin.mk files in pkgsrc.
Several changes are involved since they are all interrelated.  These
changes affect about 1000 files.

The first major change is rewriting bsd.builtin.mk as well as all of
the builtin.mk files to follow the new example in bsd.builtin.mk.
The loop to include all of the builtin.mk files needed by the package
is moved from bsd.builtin.mk and into bsd.buildlink3.mk.  bsd.builtin.mk
is now included by each of the individual builtin.mk files and provides
some common logic for all of the builtin.mk files.  Currently, this
includes the computation for whether the native or pkgsrc version of
the package is preferred.  This causes USE_BUILTIN.* to be correctly
set when one builtin.mk file includes another.

The second major change is teach the builtin.mk files to consider
files under ${LOCALBASE} to be from pkgsrc-controlled packages.  Most
of the builtin.mk files test for the presence of built-in software by
checking for the existence of certain files, e.g. <pthread.h>, and we
now assume that if that file is under ${LOCALBASE}, then it must be
from pkgsrc.  This modification is a nod toward LOCALBASE=/usr.  The
exceptions to this new check are the X11 distribution packages, which
are handled specially as noted below.

The third major change is providing builtin.mk and version.mk files
for each of the X11 distribution packages in pkgsrc.  The builtin.mk
file can detect whether the native X11 distribution is the same as
the one provided by pkgsrc, and the version.mk file computes the
version of the X11 distribution package, whether it's built-in or not.

The fourth major change is that the buildlink3.mk files for X11 packages
that install parts which are part of X11 distribution packages, e.g.
Xpm, Xcursor, etc., now use imake to query the X11 distribution for
whether the software is already provided by the X11 distribution.
This is more accurate than grepping for a symbol name in the imake
config files.  Using imake required sprinkling various builtin-imake.mk
helper files into pkgsrc directories.  These files are used as input
to imake since imake can't use stdin for that purpose.

The fifth major change is in how packages note that they use X11.
Instead of setting USE_X11, package Makefiles should now include
x11.buildlink3.mk instead.  This causes the X11 package buildlink3
and builtin logic to be executed at the correct place for buildlink3.mk
and builtin.mk files that previously set USE_X11, and fixes packages
that relied on buildlink3.mk files to implicitly note that X11 is
needed.  Package buildlink3.mk should also include x11.buildlink3.mk
when linking against the package libraries requires also linking
against the X11 libraries.  Where it was obvious, redundant inclusions
of x11.buildlink3.mk have been removed.

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Empty out PKGREVISION (should have been part of previous commit).

Upgrade to Apache::Gallery 0.9.1

* Report 404 for HEAD requests to non-existing files or directories
* Scale images when they are requested from the cache instead of
  before the index is displayed.
* Sort pictures the same way when viewing images as when viewing
  directories
* New option GalleryUnderscoresToSpaces to convert underscores to
  spaces in the listing of directories.
* Remember choosen width by setting a cookie
* Two new configuration options GalleryDocFile and GalleryImgFile
  that makes it possible to configured which filetypes should be
  displayed. See the documentation for details.
* Switched to use Text::Template instead of CGI::FastTemplate,
  see the UPGRADE file for details.
* Create copyright notices on pictures using truetype fonts instead
  of png images. Font, color and size can be configured.

and various bug fixes.

since perl is now built with threads on most platforms, the perl archlib
module directory has changed (eg. "darwin-2level" vs.
"darwin-thread-multi-2level").

binary packages of perl modules need to be distinguishable between
being built against threaded perl and unthreaded perl, so bump the
PKGREVISION of all perl module packages and introduce
BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED for perl as perl>=5.8.5nb5 so the correct
dependencies are registered and the binary packages are distinct.

addresses PR pkg/28619 from H. Todd Fujinaka.

Add 'perl5' to CATEGORIES.

Update linkage to libltdl (via imlib2), now in its own package.

Libtool fix for PR pkg/26633, and other issues.  Update libtool to 1.5.10
in the process.  (More information on tech-pkg.)

Some people have been reporting problems with Apache segfaulting
when displaying images from certain cameras (eg. the Canon G2).
The problem can be solved by using Image::Info 1.11 or earlier.

COMMENT should start with a capital letter.

PKGREVISION bump for libiconv update.

PKGREVISION goes after PKGNAME.

Dependency bumps, needed because of devel/pth's major bump, and related
dependency bumps.

Instead of including bsd.pkg.install.mk directly in a package Makefile,
have it be automatically included by bsd.pkg.mk if USE_PKGINSTALL is set
to "YES".  This enforces the requirement that bsd.pkg.install.mk be
included at the end of a package Makefile.  Idea suggested by Julio M.
Merino Vidal <jmmv at menta.net>.

Fix X11 handling: mark with USE_X11 remove inclusion of
pkgtools/x11-links/xfree.buildlink2.mk.

Apache::Gallery creates an thumbnail index of each directory and
allows viewing pictures in different resolutions.  Pictures are
resized on the fly and cached.
