Add files for OpenBSD-5.1.

Update "x11-links" package to version 0.60:
- Fix a fundamental problem which meant that the package included links
  for builtin components that "pkgsrc" will not use because they are too old.
- Remove NetBSD specific "pixman" hack that is no longer necessary.

- Add a nasty hack to deal with the "pixman" issue under NetBSD 5.1*
  (and 5.0?) which provides an old version of "libpixman" with a higher
  major number than the package in "pkgsrc".

- Add "pthread-stubs.pc" which is required for "libxcb" under Mac OS X.

for recent changes in NetBSD-current's xsrc.

This is just a simple version bump so that ${OS_VERSION} can be removed from
the DISTNAME as this package now depends on 'pkgtools/osabi'

0.46: Add two freetype2 header files.

1.) Update list to remove duplicates and add missing entries for recent
    versions of NetBSD-current. The necessary changes were supplied
    by Bernd Ernesti.
2.) Include the operating system version number in the package version
    to force a re-build of the package if the operating system is
    updated (which might change the X11 distribution as well.
This should fix PR pkg/42492.

Update to "x11-links" package to version 0.44:
Detect X.org even if "imake" is not installed. The package now works as
expected under Mac OS X Snow Leopard.
No regressions under NetBSD/amd64 5.0_STABLE with native X.org.

Simply and speed up buildlink3.mk files and processing.
This changes the buildlink3.mk files to use an include guard for the
recursive include. The use of BUILDLINK_DEPTH, BUILDLINK_DEPENDS,
BUILDLINK_PACKAGES and BUILDLINK_ORDER is handled by a single new
variable BUILDLINK_TREE. Each buildlink3.mk file adds a pair of
enter/exit marker, which can be used to reconstruct the tree and
to determine first level includes. Avoiding := for large variables
(BUILDLINK_ORDER) speeds up parse time as += has linear complexity.
The include guard reduces system time by avoiding reading files over and
over again. For complex packages this reduces both %user and %sys time to
half of the former time.

Add the pkgconfig file for libXi.

Bump version after libXtst builtinification.  Sorry guys.

Buildlink glut, bump package version and required dependency.

Builtinify libXv, and make sure x11-links knows about xv.pc.  Bump version
of x11-links.

Update the "x11-links" package to version 0.34:
- Add suport for "libICE", "libSM", "libXext", libXinerama", "libXrandr",
  "libXrender", "libXt" and "xcursor"
- Improve support for "Xfixes".

Renamed BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM.* to BUILDLINK_FNAME_TRANSFORM.*, to make
clear that these variables are completely unrelated to

XXX: Where should incompatible changes in pkgsrc be documented?

Add x11-links, xorg-libs, and XFree86-libs information to BUILDLINK_ORDER
so that show-buildlink3 will show when these buildlink3.mk files are
included.

Aligned the last line of the buildlink3.mk files with the first line, so
that they look nicer.

Over 1200 files touched but no revisions bumped :)

RECOMMENDED is removed. It becomes ABI_DEPENDS.

BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED.foo becomes BUILDLINK_ABI_DEPENDS.foo.

BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.foo becomes BUILDLINK_API_DEPENDS.foo.

BUILDLINK_DEPENDS does not change.

IGNORE_RECOMMENDED (which defaulted to "no") becomes USE_ABI_DEPENDS
which defaults to "yes".

Added to obsolete.mk checking for IGNORE_RECOMMENDED.

I did not manually go through and fix any aesthetic tab/spacing issues.

I have tested the above patch on DragonFly building and packaging
subversion and pkglint and their many dependencies.

I have also tested USE_ABI_DEPENDS=no on my NetBSD workstation (where I
have used IGNORE_RECOMMENDED for a long time). I have been an active user
of IGNORE_RECOMMENDED since it was available.

As suggested, I removed the documentation sentences suggesting bumping for
"security" issues.

As discussed on tech-pkg.

I will commit to revbump, pkglint, pkg_install, createbuildlink separately.

Note that if you use wip, it will fail!  I will commit to pkgsrc-wip
later (within day).

Update pkgtools/x11-links to 0.25.  Changes from verison 0.24 include
synchronizing with the files listed in src/distrib/sets/lists/x* for
XFree86 4.5.0.

Require x11-links-0.24 for the fixed OpenWindows headers.

Force all of the headers and libraries to be symlinked into
${BUILDLINK_X11_DIR}, even in the "pkgviews" case.  This makes building
X11 packages work with pkgviews again after the X11_TYPE-related changes.

Add a buildlink3.mk file for pkgtools/x11-links.  This isn't meant to be
included manually by a package, but is intended for inclusion by
bsd.buildlink3.mk.  It will be used to avoid special-casing x11-links
when creating symlinks into the buildlink directory.
