Switch to using gzip compression.

Bump PKGREVISION.

PKG_DESTDIR_SUPPORT

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Fix font handling. Bump PKGREVISION.

Recursive revision bump / recommended bump for gettext ABI change.

This needs bdftopcf for building.

Replaced "# defined" with "yes" in Makefile variables like GNU_CONFIGURE,
NO_BUILD, USE_LIBTOOL.

Remove USE_BUILDLINK3 and NO_BUILDLINK; these are no longer used.

Remove FreeBSD RCS Ids. pkgsrc has diverged too much for syncing to be
useful.

This needs NO_BUILD too, pointed by grant@ in private email.

This package doesn't use any compiler, so s/USE_BUILDLINK2/NO_BUILDLINK/.

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

Use tech-pkg@ in favor of packages@ as MAINTAINER for orphaned packages.
Should anybody feel like they could be the maintainer for any of thewe packages,
please adjust.

Place WRKSRC where it belongs, to make pkglint happy; ok'ed by wiz.

Merge changes in packages from the buildlink2 branch that have
buildlink2.mk files back into the main trunk.  This provides sufficient
buildlink2 infrastructure to start merging other packages from the
buildlink2 branch that have already been converted to use the buildlink2
framework.

Convert to use the buildlink2 framework.  Trim any unnecessary changes in
the patches or remove them entirely.

Add plan9 to CATEGORIES like in the other packages that were once in
the plan9 directory.

Deprecate NO_WRKSUBDIR, replacing it with an explicit assignment of:

WRKSRC= ${WRKDIR}

This is much cleaner, much more indicative of what happens, and removes
another of the negative definitions (NO_.* = value).

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

category has changed to fonts.

Replace all occurrences of USE_X11 with USE_X11BASE. This means "install this
package into ${X11BASE}".
Replace all occurrences of BUILD_USES_X11 with USE_X11. This means "use X11
headers and libraries to build this package".

Substitute all obvious FreeBSD ppl as MAINTAINER with packages@netbsd.org.

Use the bsd.pkg.mk and bsd.pkg.subdir.mk files in the pkgsrc tree.
Remove redundant (and sometimes erroneous) comments.

portlint: fix RCS Id

Add NetBSD RCS Ids.
