Identified by parsing the NetBSD-i386-5.0.1/2009Q3 pkg_summary files
and Robert Elz.

When running terminfo but compiled for termcap, we cannot assume
that we actually have anything useable in termcap_term_buffer so just
use the terminfo fixed size defined ealier.

prevent unrequisite warning message on NetBSD-Alpha,
as reported in PR 39027.
