Changes since 2.5.4a (10 years ago) are too many to be listed here.

Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list).  Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

Define CONFIGURE_HAS_MANDIR=NO since this old GNU_CONFIGURE
configure script doesn't know --mandir.

Also because of this, add patch to fix where installs manpage.

Remove USE_GNU_TOOLS and replace with the correct USE_TOOLS definitions:

	USE_GNU_TOOLS	-> USE_TOOLS
	awk		-> gawk
	m4		-> gm4
	make		-> gmake
	sed		-> gsed
	yacc		-> bison

replace /usr/bin/yacc test with USE_GNU_TOOLS+=yacc to provide a
working yacc(1).

Move WRKSRC definition away from the first paragraph in a Makefile.

Add TEST_TARGET

Add dependency on bison if there is no yacc; addresses PR 20772.
Add HOMEPAGE and remove ONLY_FOR_PLATFORMS (from the same PR).

COMMENT should start with a capital letter.

Use tech-pkg@ in favor of packages@ as MAINTAINER for orphaned packages.
Should anybody feel like they could be the maintainer for any of thewe packages,
please adjust.

Allow this package to be built on Linux too - from a nudge by Jeremy
Reed in PR 19480.  Let's not get into the debate about what versions
come with "Linux"...

Update to new COMMENT style: COMMENT var in Makefile instead of pkg/COMMENT.

removed empty HOMEPAGE tag

For packages that are in the NetBSD base system, but needed for
Solaris, narrow down the platforms, and use specific inclusion rather
than disclusion:  mark them as ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM=SunOS-*-*, rather
than NOT_FOR_PLATFORM=NetBSD-*-*.

Initial import of flex, the fast clone of lex(1), the lexical scanner
generator, into the NetBSD packages collection.  This package is only
for Solaris - it is part of the base NetBSD system.
